Wayne's sales management experience dates to 1987. After a semester sailing around the world with the University of Pittsburgh's Semester at Sea program, he began working as a sales intern with Anheuser Bush while attending the University of Massachusetts. Upon graduation with a degree in Management Science, Wayne extended his stay with AB, moving into the role of Cape Cod Zone manager, overseeing a small merchandising force while directing the sales effort for AB brands in Southeastern Massachusetts.
Wayne's introduction to the world of natural foods came in 1992 when he joined the Stonyfield Farm team. Starting in the position of Boston area sales rep, one year later Wayne found himself packing his bags and a Uhaul, headed West to assume the role of Western Regional Manager based in San Francisco.

After helping to blaze the trail out West for five years, the East Coast beckoned, and in 1997 Wayne relocated to his wife Anne's hometown of Atlanta to assume Stonyfield's newly created position of Southeast Regional Manager.
After seven great years with Stonyfield, opportunity came knocking again in 1998 with then little-known Oregon Chai, where Wayne accepted the position of National Sales Director. In 2000, with a combined thirteen years experience in guerilla marketing, budgeting, and broker management, Wayne left the cozy confines of his 401K and Marriott Rewards program to launch RML Naturals Brand Builders.
Now in its 16th year, RML has developed a successful track record helping young companies achieve their ultimate objective. Stacy's Pita Chips was a partner for nine years before being acquired by Frito Lay. Immaculate Baking was later acquired by General Mills, Applegate Farms by Hormel, Evolution Juice by Starbucks, and the list goes on.
Wayne lives in Atlanta GA with his wife Anne, daughter Sarah and their two canine troublemakers.
