My sales management experience dates to 1987 as an intern with Anheuser Bush while attending the University of Massachusetts. Upon graduation, I extended my stay with AB, moving into the role of Cape Cod Zone manager, overseeing a small merchandising force while directing the sales effort for AB brands in Southeastern Massachusetts.

In 1991 I joined the Stonyfield Farm team, starting in the position of Boston area sales rep. One year later I found myself packing my bags and a Uhaul, headed West to assume the role of Western Regional Manager, based in San Francisco. I later assumed a newly created Southeast Regional Manager position, based in Atlanta. My introduction to forecasting and budgeting began at Stonyfield, where I learned from the best.

After seven amazing years with Stonyfield, opportunity came knocking again in 1999 with then little-known Oregon Chai, as National Sales Director.  In 2000, building on my thirteen years experience with forecasting, budgeting, planograms, guerilla marketing, and broker management, RML Naturals Brand Builders was launched, later evolving to become RML Naturals DataCrunchers to focus solely on what I do best.

Now in its 23rd year, RML has developed a successful track record helping young companies achieve their ultimate objectives, utilizing tailor-made sales and forecasting tools. Jovial Foods has been a partner since 2018, and a few past successes include Stacy's Pita Chips for nine years before being acquired by Frito Lay. Immaculate Baking was later acquired by General Mills, Applegate Farms by Hormel, Enjoy Life Foods by Mondelez International, Evolution Juice by Starbucks, and the list goes on (check out the "success stories" page)
